Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating, designing, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business operations. Duties
Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders across departments
Design, develop, and implement new system solutions or enhancements to existing platforms
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring minimal downtime
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and end-users to deliver effective technology solutions
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and updates
Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency
Skills
Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role within an IT environment
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and system architecture principles
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
Proficiency in database management, SQL, and data analysis tools is preferred
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus
Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts into understandable language for stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
