Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Platform Lead \& Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. This dual role requires a strong technical background combined with proven experience in managing and delivering core banking projects. The ideal candidate will lead our team Trade Finance Product Implementation team, ensure high-quality deliverables, while also overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Roles \& Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, business analysts, integration analysts developers and other technical professionals.
Oversee the system configuration, and architecture, design, development of integration interfaces, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project milestones
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Present technical solutions and project progress to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
Coordinate with stakeholders for migrating from old solution to new solution
Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Required Skills:
Experience in Trade Finance vendor solution implementation
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Experience in Banking client migrations projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
Certification in Cloud (AWS)
Certification in Database (Oracle)
Familiarity with modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless).
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
