About the Role
We are looking for a
data-driven Growth Product Manager
to lead the evolution of our global website experience across multiple international markets. This role combines
growth, user experience, and product execution
, with the goal of improving website performance, conversion, and organic traffic. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating seamless digital journeys that convert traffic into meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Growth \& Optimization
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the company’s global website.
Continuously improve website conversion, engagement, and overall UX across markets (North America, EMEA, APAC, and India).
Collaborate with the marketing team to define high-impact experiments (A/B tests, personalization, landing page flows).
2. SEO \& GEO Enablement
Partner closely with the SEO/GEO teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are embedded into the website architecture.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve organic visibility, crawl efficiency, and content discoverability.
Translate marketing and content SEO needs into clear product and engineering requirements.
3. Product Development \& Execution
Manage a small, cross-functional tech team (frontend/backend) to deliver sprint-based website enhancements and new features.
Define clear product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure timely delivery through agile execution.
Establish data-driven processes for feature evaluation and iteration (using tools like GA4, Hotjar, Search Console, etc.).
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with performance marketing, design, and analytics teams to align on website goals and measure impact.
Partner with regional stakeholders to localize the website experience and address market-specific needs.
Serve as the bridge between growth marketing and engineering — ensuring speed, alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
4–8 years of experience in
Product Management
, with a focus on
growth, website experience, or SEO/organic acquisition
.
Proven success in improving
conversion funnels
,
lead capture
, or
organic traffic
for a high-growth digital business.
Strong understanding of
web technologies
(HTML, CMS, APIs, page speed optimization, structured data, etc.).
Hands-on familiarity with tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, GTM, Hotjar, or Mixpanel
.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams — marketing, design, content, and tech.
Strong project management skills and a bias for execution in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in EdTech, consumer internet, or high-growth B2C businesses.
Exposure to international markets and localization strategy.
Familiarity with data-driven experimentation frameworks and CRO tools.
