About the Role
As
Product Manager
, you’ll play a central role in bringing new solar and smart energy products to life—owning everything from sourcing and supplier engagement through to pricing, go-to-market, and training.
You’ll collaborate with a wide range of teams, from marketing to sales and supply chain, ensuring every product launch hits the market at the right time, in the right way, and with maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product lifecycles from sourcing through to launch and performance tracking
Build vendor relationships and negotiate distribution rights
Develop pricing, marketing, and promotional strategies
Deliver engaging product training for sales teams and customers
Analyse trends and market data to identify new opportunities
Support the sales team with insights and materials to drive revenue
Monitor inventory turnover, forecasts, and P\&L performance
Lead cross-functional product launches and events
About You
Background in product management or category management (ideally renewables, energy, or technology)
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing vendors and pricing strategies
Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised - someone who gets things done
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite
