We have an urgent opening for Front-End Developer.(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow UI technologies).

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with basic knowledge in ServiceNow and Generative AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing interfaces on the ServiceNow platform while leveraging AI capabilities to deliver innovative and intelligent solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow UI technologies.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into functional web applications.
Implement and integrate Generative AI models to improve user experience and automate processes.
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules using UI Builder, Service Portal, and Now Experience components.
Ensure seamless integration of AI-powered features into ServiceNow workflows.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, backend developers, and AI engineers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow and AI trends to recommend and apply best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven 3+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS or React.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in ServiceNow development with hands-on experience in UI Builder, Service Portal, or Now Experience Framework.
Exposure to Generative AI models like GPT, BERT, or other AI-based applications.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are mandatory.
Basic knowledge with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Certification in ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent.
Basic knowledge with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Understanding of AI model fine-tuning and implementation.
Previous experience in delivering enterprise-level AI-powered applications.
