Role description
Role Proficiency:
Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 – Software Engineering
Outcomes:
Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.
Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.
Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
Mentor Developer 1 – Software Engineering and Developer 2 – Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles
Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation
Assists Lead 1 – Software Engineering on Technical design. Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions

1. Overall Experience - 2-4 years Hands on experience in software development using Microsoft technologies like C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL server, WCF \& RESTful 2. .Net Tech Skills - Good knowledge/Hands on .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies. Including basic debugging and troubleshooting skills 3. SQL Server - Hands on experience in SQL Server database including writing basic queries, Stored Procedures. 4. Should have Hands on experience in Frontend technology Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS. Preferably Angular 10+ version. 5. Good to have experience in React JS. If not he/she should be able to upskill to React JS. 6. Standards/Guidelines - Knowledge of best industry coding practices 7. Working with teams - Experience in working with cross-functional teams (offshore + Onsite) to understand requirements and project scope 8. Leadership/team player - Good Team player - ready to provide support in delivery process 9. Mgmt. Tools - Working knowledge of JIRA Agile, Confluence, Source Control systems like Bit Bucket/Git, Unit Test Automation and CI/CD 10. Nice to Have - AWS, Financial Domain/Payment Gateways knowledge, Harness/Jenkin 11. Communication -Very Good communication skills - written and Verbal
