We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong technical background to guide and mentor the team from a technology standpoint. While this role does not involve direct line management, you will act as a technical leader, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead by example in full-stack software development with a focus on front-end technologies (React, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (preferably Node.js, but other tech stacks considered). Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering best practices in software development and system design. Design, implement, and maintain robust APIs and services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Contribute to system architecture and design decisions, driving innovation and continuous improvement. Work closely with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enabling rapid and reliable software releases. Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions. Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills \& Experience 10+ years of professional software development experience with a strong full-stack background. Expert-level proficiency in front-end development using React and JavaScript. Solid back-end development skills, preferably in Node.js, but openness to other backend technologies. Hands-on experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or other service architectures. Strong understanding of system design principles, including scalability, maintainability, and security. Experience working with CI/CD tools and processes to automate builds, tests, and deployments. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities without direct line management responsibilities. Passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
