Roles and Responsibilities
Review and analyze system specifications to understand requirements and expected functionality.
Collaborate with Developers to develop effective testing strategies and comprehensive test plans.
Execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring accurate results.
Evaluate product code and functionalities to verify compliance with specifications.
Create detailed logs to document test phases, results, and identified defects.
Report bugs and errors to development teams with clarity and actionable detail.
Perform post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure product stability.
Candidate Skill Set
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and project management. • Familiarity with Agile frameworks; experience in regression testing is a plus.
Ability to document test procedures and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a relevant domain.
