6-10 years of total experience in software or platform development, including 5+ years working hands-on with ServiceNow (For Tech Leads, For Mid-level 5-7 years exp)
Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow.
Solid experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search.
Ability to troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
For AI/ML Engineers, experience working in AI/ML field is required
For AI Experiences –
Must Have: Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals
Nice to Have: good knowledge on Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Any AI or Gen AI
For ITX/Technology workflows –
Must Have: Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals
Nice to Have: Hands-on knowledge on either ITAM, SPM or any ITSM CHG management related areas
