Valentia Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in React JS on the frontend and backend/API development in a Microsoft Azure cloud-native environment.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable healthcare applications built entirely on Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering secure, high-performing, and maintainable full stack solutions using modern web technologies and Azure-managed services.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications using React JS for the frontend.
Build and integrate secure, scalable backend services and APIs hosted on Microsoft Azure.
Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure platform services and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Implement reusable frontend components and responsive user interfaces.
Design and manage APIs, business logic, and integrations with healthcare and enterprise systems.
Work with Azure services for hosting, storage, authentication, monitoring, and application lifecycle management.
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of applications.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices in Azure.
Document technical designs, development processes, and support handover materials.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in modern web application development.
Strong hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with backend development using technologies such as Node.js, .NET, or similar API/service frameworks.
Strong experience working in a pure Azure cloud environment.
Practical knowledge of Azure services such as:
Azure App Service
Azure Functions
Azure API Management
Azure SQL Database
Azure Storage Accounts
Azure Key Vault
Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
Azure Monitor
Application Insights
Azure DevOps
Azure Container Registry
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or container-based deployments
Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with system integrations.
Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and role-based access control.
Experience with source control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and cloud security principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare technology, digital health platforms, or interoperability solutions.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, or related interoperability frameworks.
Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures in Azure.
Exposure to Docker, containers, and orchestration platforms.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for frontend and backend applications.
Understanding of compliance, privacy, and security requirements in healthcare environments.
