*Responsibilities\~*
Coordinate \& communicate with customers as the main technical interface between Valeo R\&D and the customer
Liaise with functional leads to drive project timeline \& ensuring R\&D Mechatronic planning is in place to ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure project timeline risks are understood, highlighted \& mitigated
Liaise with functional managers to compile R\&D costs for RFI’s / RFQ’
Present project updates to peers, colleagues \& management
Support other disciplines outside R\&D, e.g. quality, process, purchasing, etc. in bringing the project to start of production (SOP) .
*Management of the contributors\~*
Daily management of the Mechatronic project team.
Ensure the Mechatronic team are working on the priority topics
Regular review with his/her R\&D manager or Product Manager and the Discipline Department Managers to check alignment between needs and availabilities.
Required Skills\~
Minimum 5 years experience in project management of multidisciplinary teams in regulated environments such as automotive, medical devices or other similar environment
Experience in dealing with customers
Experience in leading teams and dealing with internal functions \& departments
Extensive experience in planning of projects \& use of planning tools such as MS project or similar planning tools
Good knowledge of validation / testing programs
