Is responsible for complying with applicable rules regarding safety and the environment

Has the authority to stop any activity that does not comply with safety and environmental rules

Has the authority to stop any activity that does not comply with the rules of quality

Knows specific customer requirements that impact on activities in the area

Knows the impact of their activities on the quality of the product and their remuneration in the quality system

Manage and update customer accounts: delivery terms, payment, overdue, price and reference links in SAP.

Implement, control, and monitor price changes aligned with customer purchase orders

Manage indexed price changes, negotiations, and amortizations with the KAMs associated with customer accounts

Analyze and document payment terms and delivery conditions

Responsible for performing retroactive analysis and re-invoicing that provide us with the latest price updates

Analyze due dates, communicate with all KAMs to reduce them, and proactively manage them to avoid them

Facilitate key documents workflow: letter of credit, customs, prototype and tooling orders and invoices.

Manage the relationship with the banks for all relevant documents, including letter of credit

Centralise tooling/prototype/R\&D orders from customers

Ensure the invoicing and payment of prototypes, tooling and R\&D

Consolidate data and provide support to the front office including archiving.

Consolidate monthly price index

Follow up overdues per analyze overdue, communicate with customers /KAMs to reduce overdue, pro-actively manage to avoid overdue

Working with Sales Data Base and supporting KAMs

Maintain an archive of all customer original documents, serial PO, tooling, R\&D, packaging, prototype PO, etc…

Administrate sales to Valeo licensees and other customers outside of Regional Sales Manager perimeter.

The Sales Administrator is accountable for:

Accurate and up to date customer accounts, terms and conditions and pricing in SAP

Invoicing of all delivered prototypes and toolings

Analysis and KAMs communications to reduce overdues

Management of accounts outside of front office perimeter

Sales Local Support for all the Commercial Visits (Customer or Valeo)

All the internal activities that require active participation of the Sales department.

Interaction with all the KAMs to generate efficient communication within the site.
