Full Stack Web Developer
Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to help build and scale a modern production-ready web platform while also providing limited support for a legacy ASP.NET MVC application. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be working primarily in a modern .NET stack using Blazor, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, Docker, and GitHub, with real ownership over architecture, code quality, and delivery.
We are looking for someone who has built and shipped production systems and can help get a platform off the ground.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain modern web applications using .NET 10, Blazor, C#, and Entity Framework Core
Develop and evolve APIs and backend services backed by PostgreSQL
Write clean, scalable, secure, production-ready code
Own features end-to-end from design through deployment
Collaborate on system architecture, performance, and scalability decisions
Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment workflows
Work with GitHub for source control, code reviews, and CI workflows
Debug, test, and resolve issues across the full stack
Maintain and fix bugs in a legacy ASP.NET MVC (.NET Core 2.x) application when required
Document technical decisions and system behavior
Help establish and reinforce engineering best practices as the platform matures
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
Experience building modern web applications using Blazor or similar frameworks
Strong experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Solid front-end fundamentals including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications
Strong GitHub experience including pull requests, code reviews, and CI pipelines
Proven experience shipping and supporting production applications
Familiarity with Telerik is a plus
Familiarity with legacy ASP.NET MVC applications is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Comfortable taking ownership and driving work forward without heavy oversight

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
