Vancouver Laser \& Skin Care Centre is looking for an innovative Web Developer \& AI Integration Specialist to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will create and maintain modern, high-performance websites while incorporating AI-powered tools that improve customer engagement, streamline booking systems, and support data-driven marketing campaigns. Your work will directly impact the future of patient experiences in one of Canada’s leading medical aesthetic clinics.
This is not a typical web developer job. You will work closely with our marketing and clinical teams to design AI-driven solutions that bring automation, personalization, and intelligence to our digital platforms.
What You Will Do:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites.
Integrate AI workflows, chatbots, and automation tools into the customer journey.
Develop custom backend services to support AI features.
Connect web platforms with CRM and booking systems.
Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO and GEO scalability, and security.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
Collaborate with marketing teams to track and analyze lead generation funnels.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in web development, AI, and healthcare tech.
What We Are Looking For:
Legally eligible to work in Canada.
3+ years of proven web development experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Knowledge of SEO and GEO, and website performance tuning.
Experience with CRM and booking system integrations.
Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make).
Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, or Angular. Backend experience with Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Flask).
Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs and system integrations.
Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
