Data Engineer Roles and Responsibilities
:
The successful candidate will join an existing team to support the management and optimisation of clients’ database environments.
What is involved:
Develop and optimise data pipelines, data transformation processes, and ETL workflows.
Contribute to technical discussions around story breakdown, effort estimation, and implementation approaches.
Build data transformation processes and contribute to metadata management systems.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems using Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark, and NiFi
What you need:
5+ years in Data Engineering
Experience with Snowflake, Hadoop \& Spark
Advanced SQL skills
Experience with cloud data platforms and services.
Proficiency with Python
What’s on offer:
Competitive daily rate depending on experience
Hybrid working model- 3 days per week on site
Strong possibility of contract extension
