Job Description:

Join a rapidly scaling UK PropTech startup building an AI-powered platform that manages the full property lifecycle, from tenant enquiries to maintenance and referencing. You’ll play a key role in shaping core product functionality, building autonomous AI systems, and preparing the platform for significant scale. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence technical direction while building software used by some of Europe’s largest Build-to-Rent operators.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be joining at a pivotal growth moment, with the platform preparing to scale managed units by 14× in early 2026. The product is already trusted by major Build-to-Rent operators, and engineering decisions made now will directly shape performance, reliability, and long-term architecture. You’ll work in a remote-first, highly autonomous environment with strong ownership and clear product impact.

What you will do:

Build and ship full-stack features across the product, from frontend interfaces to backend services

Integrate AI capabilities into real user workflows - making agents smarter, faster, and more reliable

Own features end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, and iterating based on user feedback

Work closely with the product to define what gets built and how it should work

Help scale the platform as the company grows rapidly in 2026
