What They’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of experience in data engineering or backend engineering with a strong data focus
✅ Expertise in building and maintaining distributed data pipelines (e.g., Spark, Flink, Beam)
✅ Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala
✅ Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT design, and cloud-based data platforms
✅ Experience with orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Dagster, or similar)
✅ Knowledge of streaming technologies and event-driven architectures
✅ Solid grasp of SQL, performance tuning, and data modelling best practices
