Our client is a leading Web3.0 Fintech institution with solid strong presence in Hong Kong with global expansion plans. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing \& PR Senior Manager to lead our marketing and communication efforts. This role will focus on creating and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns , developing compelling PR content , and managing offline events to strengthen our brand presence in the Web3 and fintech ecosystem .
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy \& Execution
Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, SEO, paid ads, email, content marketing).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Public Relations \& Content Creation
Develop press releases, thought leadership articles, and media kits to enhance brand visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Event Management
Plan and execute offline events, conferences, and community meetups to promote brand and ecosystem engagement.
Brand \& Ecosystem Development
Position the company as a leader in Web3 and fintech innovation through strategic storytelling and partnerships.
Requirements 8+ years in digital marketing and PR, with proven success in campaign execution and brand building .
Experience in marketing digital products , ideally within the Web3 ecosystem or fintech industry.
Strong understanding of fintech trends , Web3 technologies , and blockchain-based ecosystems.
Familiarity with global digital marketing best practices and analytics tools
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Strong project management and event coordination abilities.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
