At Verisure (Securitas Direct), we are looking to hire a Technical Lead to join our IT Mkt \& Sales BP team, within our Technology department. We seek talented, motivated individuals eager to contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services that power our internal and external solutions.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Lead who will collaborate with a team of experienced Software Developers, helping the team to succeed in their goals.

You will be the main SPOC for the Product Owner (in Business team) working with them to understand and refine the backlog and make the implementation possible with the development team afterwards. You will interact with other technical leads (within the IT Mkt\&Sales teams and in other IT areas located in Spain and Sweden) and architecture teams.

Be the lead of the technical solution and the software developer teams, understanding the business requirements and proposing and leading the implementation of these requirements with the team.

Have deep knowledge of the SW into his domain and have technical skills to change and update it when necessary.

Create your technical debt backlog, prioritize with the PO and make the implementation possible within the team.

Ensure implementation of software development lifecycle to deliver in production.

Accountable for the quality of the delivered product and encourage the team to achieve continuous improvement. Ensure automatic tests are written and performed and regression tests are always updated.

Validate SW designs: Archetypes, design patterns, sonar rules.

Manage the technical performance of the software development team

Main stakeholders:

  • You will work hand by hand with the product owner to understand the business needs and transform them into technical requirements for the team.

  • You will interact with architecture teams to validate high level architecture design: Queues, Load Balancers, DNS/GTM, DB cluster, micro-services in Kubernetes. Jenkins pipelines

  • Other Technical Leads to have a common ground on best practices adoption

  • Scrum Master and WoW team to ensure your team follow the WoW of the company and best practices are implemented.

  • Work together with the Service/Maintenance team, QA team and developers to drive to 0 the bugs in production.

Requirements

Master/ B.A in Computer Engineer or Telecommunications

Fluent in English and Spanish

+6 years of proven experience in SW Development, ideally as a Full-stack developer with knowledge in the following technologies:

Expertise needed in MongoDB. Other DB will be a plus (Oracle, MS SQL, Cassandra, Sybase).

Experience in micro-services development (SpringBoot) and deployment on Kubernetes.

Experience in Java8 and Java 11

Expertise in messaging JMS or brokers (RabbitMQ, nsq or Kafka).

Experience in Azure platform.

Experience in development best practices, control version tools (GitLab), CI/CD, and SW quality (GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, SONAR, code reviews, etc.).

Experience in testing automation: Spring State Machine, Spring framework 5.3.X, Spring Cloud, Spring Reactive (WebFlux, Data reactive MongoDB), Spring Gateway, Spring Cloud Stream, Spring Integration, Lombok, Orika, Mapstruct, Rabbit MQ, Azure AD, AKS, Swagger, OpenAPI, MongoDB, Git, Maven, Docker, Helm 3.0, Jenkinsfiles, Jenkins, Kibana, SonarQube, K8S

Experience in Agile Methodologies working in an agile environment (SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFE, LESS, etc.) with teams working remotely.

Competencies
