Key Responsibilities and Duties:
You will work in the Data Analytics \& AI Team within the business and on other client programmes of work:
Design, build, and optimize AI/ML models for applications such as prediction, classification, recommendation, computer vision, or natural language processing.
Build data processing pipelines to support AI-driven applications and workflows.
Lead the end-to-end AI project lifecycle — from data acquisition and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems and business processes.
Implement scalable model pipelines using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Implement model validation, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement, continuous development (CI/CD) procedures.
Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model training using modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Monitor model performance and retrain as needed to maintain quality and relevance
Ensure all AI solutions \& models comply with ethical, security, and data governance standards.
Stay up to date with emerging AI research and technologies and evaluate their potential impact.
Mentor junior developers and guide code reviews and best practices for AI-driven systems.
Research and apply the latest AI methodologies and frameworks to enhance model performance and efficiency.
Key Skills and Competencies:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
Proven experience in machine learning model development, statistical analysis to solve business problems
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, R, or C++, with experience using AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
Skilled in SQL, data pipelines, and distributed computing (Spark, Dask, Ray)
Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and version control (Git).
Experience with Power BI would be an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related discipline.
Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or multimodal models.
Background in vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Eligible to live and work in the UK and EU.
Eligible to obtain security clearance for certain customer projects.
