In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in multiple innovative software projects each month, supporting the entire product lifecycle from initial kick-off through testing to final delivery. The ideal person demonstrates strong communication skills and excels at cross-functional collaboration, as you'll be working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet development deadlines and deliver high-quality MVPs. Your ability to prioritize effectively, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain meticulous attention to detail will be essential in our fast-paced environment. As a tight-knit team that values collective success, we're looking for someone who embodies a team-first mindset, shows initiative in problem-solving, and approaches challenges with enthusiasm and creativity.
What you’ll actually be doing:
Supporting the Product Manager on status updates of product sprints
Testing the products to ensure they hit the scope required and providing relevant feedback to developers
Providing assistance with recording product demos for clients, showcasing user journeys, functionality and overall sprint progress
Managing client feedback via the Verticode Feedback Portal and communicating it effectively for the development team to action, testing fixes and provided updates to clients
