Senior Product Manager
to lead the development and optimization of our job seeker web platform, ensuring that it offers a seamless, intuitive, and impactful experience for users searching for their next career opportunity.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Vertical Ownership
Take full ownership of the Job Seeker vertical — from understanding user motivations to delivering solutions that improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
Manage and guide Product Owners responsible for specific user-facing products or features within the vertical.
Ensure the performance and outcome of all platforms serving job seekers (mobile app, website, admin tools).
Align vertical priorities with company goals and cross-department initiatives.
Product Vision \& Strategy
Define a clear vision and strategy for the Job Seeker experience, grounded in user needs and market insight.
Translate company OKRs into actionable product roadmaps and measurable goals.
Identify opportunities to improve the job-seeking journey — from discovery and profile creation to application and success.
Drive a mobile-first mindset, ensuring intuitive UX and fast, reliable performance on every device.
Product Lifecycle Management
Lead your team through all five product lifecycle phases:
Discovery – Identify and validate user problems using research, analytics, and competitor insights.
Solution Ideation – Generate, evaluate, and prioritize solutions that maximize user and business value.
Product Design – Collaborate with designers and engineers to define product phasing, MVP scope, and user flows.
Product Development – Oversee sprint planning, delivery quality, and alignment between teams.
Go-To-Market (GTM) – Partner with marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure impactful launches and measurable results.
Execution \& Delivery
Oversee end-to-end delivery of features and improvements across mobile and web platforms.
Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, data insights, and feasibility.
Ensure consistency in UX/UI design, scalability in architecture, and performance optimization.
Continuously analyze performance metrics (e.g., conversion, activation rate, retention) and iterate to improve them.
Business Growth \& Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing and growth teams to strengthen user acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate with data, operations, and support teams to remove friction and enhance user satisfaction.
Lead initiatives that drive measurable impact on user success and business KPIs.
Represent the Job Seeker vertical in company planning and performance discussions.
Team Leadership \& Development
Coach and develop Product Owners to deliver strong execution and outcome ownership.
Promote a culture of user empathy, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Foster alignment and collaboration across Product, Design, Tech, and Business functions.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of consumer-facing or marketplace products.
Proven success in building mobile-first user experiences and managing cross-platform ecosystems.
Deep understanding of user funnels, engagement metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
Background in job platforms, B2C products, or digital marketplaces is a strong advantage.
