We're looking for a proactive Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the key interface between Product Management and technical teams to collect, define, and document product requirements
Lead multidisciplinary teams—software, hardware, firmware, and mechanical—through the full product lifecycle
Create and maintain clear system- and product-level documentation
Contribute to system and product architecture evolution
Support and optimize new development tools and processes
Ensure smooth alignment between technical feasibility, business objectives, and product vision
Requirements What You Bring to the Team
Deep technical background in software, electronics, or mechatronics
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
A track record of managing technical or product development projects
Strong capability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Clear communicator and coordinator across technical/non-technical teams
Fluent English skills (German a plus)
Nice to Have
Advanced knowledge of electronics and PCB design
Understanding of software development principles
Experience in manufacturing and production environments
Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Background in consumer electronics, embedded systems, or wearables

As you know, due to the collective agreement, we have to mention the official minimum salary, which is € 3.175,00 gross monthly. But honestly, that’s just a baseline - we’re offering you a salary that truly reflects your skills and the value you bring.
