Are you passionate about ensuring excellence, driving continuous improvement, and shaping robust quality processes? We are looking for a Quality Manager to establish quality frameworks, oversee product testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards for our award-winning smart glasses. In this role, you will collaborate across engineering, production, and product development to integrate quality into every stage of the product lifecycle.

We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters are in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses.

From research \& development, engineering, production to marketing and sales – we offer everything from a single source under one roof. Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

Design and implement quality strategies, standards, and procedures across the product lifecycle

Establish and monitor key quality metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities

Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, production, and operations to integrate quality into processes

Oversee audits, inspections, and product testing to ensure compliance with quality standards

Conduct root cause analyses of issues and implement corrective and preventive measures

Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO) and regulatory requirements

Communicate quality expectations and results clearly across teams and stakeholders

Requirements What You Bring to the Team

Several years of professional experience in a quality-focused role, ideally in a technical or production environment

Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and conducting root cause analyses

Excellent communication skills to provide clear reporting and collaborate effectively across teams

Proficiency in quality management frameworks and methodologies (ISO or relevant standards)

Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and project management tools

Ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Nice to Have

Certified Quality Auditor or similar quality management certifications

Experience in the tech or deep-tech industry

Hands-on knowledge of modern quality assurance tools and methods

Background in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

As you know, due to the collective agreement, we have to mention the official minimum salary, which is € 3.175,00 gross monthly.
