Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with proven expertise in the Transfomers, Switchgear, Transformers allied products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and expand market share in the electrical steel sector. The role requires deep technical knowledge of CRGO materials, customer needs in the transformer and electrical equipment sectors, and strong leadership skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, Switchgear (HT/LT), and allied products
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities
Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
Business Development Support
Work closely with sales teams to support tendering, EPC projects, utilities, DISCOMs, and industrial customers
Assist in pre-bid marketing, technical presentations, and customer engagement
Identify new markets, channels, and key accounts
Product \& Brand Management
Manage product portfolios, brochures, datasheets, case studies, and technical marketing material
Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
Strengthen brand visibility through exhibitions, seminars, and industry events
Digital \& Communication Marketing
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website content, SEO, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Develop thought leadership content related to power sector trends, energy efficiency, and grid modernization
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Stakeholder \& Channel Management
Build relationships with consultants, utilities, EPC contractors, OEM partners, and government bodies
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for marketing execution

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
