Within this ecosystem, Loyalty, Gamification, and Customer Retention are key strategic levers to drive engagement, cross-service usage, and long-term customer value.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager – Gamification, Loyalty \& Retention to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of engagement-driven product features across the Super App.

This role is responsible for creating delightful, rewarding, and habit-forming user experiences that increase daily usage, retention, and ecosystem value.

You will own the design and development of loyalty programs, reward mechanisms, gamified missions/quests, badges, streaks, engagement loops, and personalized retention strategies across multiple business units of Vingroup.

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role at the center of our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy \& Vision

Own the end-to-end strategy for Gamification, Loyalty, and Retention in the Super App.

Define product roadmap for reward mechanisms, missions, points, tiers, achievement systems, and retention flows.

Build frameworks that scale across multiple business domains (retail, mobility, lifestyle, services…).

Product Development

Design and launch gamified experiences such as quests, daily check-ins, challenges, streaks, progress tracking, badges, and events.

Develop and optimize Loyalty Programs (points, tiers, memberships, benefits, expiration policies, reward catalog…).

Analyze behavioral data to create habit loops and engagement funnels.

Work closely with Data/AI to personalize rewards, recommendations, and retention journeys.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, CRM, and Business Units to translate business objectives into product mechanisms.

Work with Tech, Engineering, and Design to deliver high-quality features, ensure usability and seamless integration.

Customer Understanding

Conduct research on user motivations, behavioral psychology, competitor programs, and market benchmarks.

Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization for engagement features.

Measurement \& Optimization

Define KPIs for gamification \& loyalty (DAU, retention, engagement depth, mission completion rate, point burn rate, etc.).

Continuously monitor performance and iterate based on insights.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Product Management, CRM/Product, or Growth/Retention roles.

Experience in gamification design, loyalty programs, membership systems, or user engagement platforms is a strong plus.

Solid understanding of user behavior, motivation models (e.g., Octalysis, Hooked Model) and engagement psychology.

Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, funnels, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decision making.

Ability to translate business goals into product mechanisms and system rules.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ownership mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration, and ability to execute end-to-end.
