What Youâll Do
Youâll lead how our brand communicates â creating content that builds trust, credibility, and curiosity.
Your core responsibilities:
Craft daily-life relatable video content around government documentation, visa processes, and business setup journeys.
Write Video educational explainers (e.g., âHow to register a company in India in 3 stepsâ or âWhat no one tells you about e-stampsâ).
Create review-style \& comparative content (e.g., âWhich visa consultant is worth it?â âPrivate vs Govt services â whoâs faster?â).
Script LinkedIn carousels, Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and micro blogs â content that simplifies and humanizes our brand.
Research user psychology and pain points â and turn them into emotional hooks \& content ideas.
Develop content funnels that guide users from curiosity â clarity â conversion.
Collaborate with designers, editors, and product teams to bring content stories alive.
Track data and double down on formats that drive trust, engagement, and leads.
What Weâre Looking For
Youâre not just a marketer â youâre a teacher, storyteller, and psychologist rolled into one.
Must-haves:
Experience in Video content marketing, Viral Reels, storytelling, or growth roles (startup or creator-led brand preferred).
Proven ability to explain complex topics in simple, engaging, visual formats.
Deep understanding of attention psychology â how to hook, hold, and convert.
Excellent command over English writing \& content structure.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs as storytelling channels.
Analytical mindset â knows how to read data and optimize based on it.
Bonus if you:
Have worked in or around fintech, govtech, visa, or B2B service startups.
Been social media Influencer or known them
Can craft storytelling content similar to Jasmin Alic (emotional storytelling) or Nikhil Kamath (carousel storytelling).
Know how to use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to amplify productivity.
