Key Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance Flutter mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and backend engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.
Build and iterate quickly, embracing rapid prototyping and continuous delivery.
Take ownership of the app’s front-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, innovative team culture.
Actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Continuously improve app performance, reliability, and usability based on user feedback and data analysis.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Flutter front-end development experience with a strong portfolio of mobile apps.
Deep expertise in Dart and Flutter framework.
Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX practices with an eye for detail.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with modern state management techniques (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
Comfortable with Git and Agile/Scrum development workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguity.
Effective communication skills essential for a close-knit startup team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus.
Next.js experience is a plus (not mandatory but preferred).
Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or backend-as-a-service solutions.
Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Fluent in English is preferred.
