rebuild and enhance their trading technology stack

Clearing, Risk, and Click \& Trade platforms
, focusing on performance, scalability, and real-time data capabilities to give traders a competitive edge.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on
real-time trading systems
, where you’ll be responsible for
full-stack development
and play a key role in enhancing their trading platforms.
C#.NET
is the core
back-end
technology across the business.
React
is used for the front-end, making experience with it beneficial but secondary.
As a
Senior Developer
, you’ll be hands-on in development while also contributing to technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
scalable applications within the trading ecosystem.
Work across the full stack
, with a primary focus on
C# back-end development
.
Ensure performance, maintainability, and testability
of all solutions.
Work closely with business users
to understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
Stay up to date
with emerging technologies and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Collaborate with the team
, mentor junior developers, and uphold development best practices.
Experience Required
7+ years of experience
in software development with a strong focus on
C# and .NET
.
Proven experience in
designing and building scalable, event-driven architectures
.
React experience is a plus
, particularly for building modern user interfaces.
Proficiency in
SQL
, with
GraphQL and Redux
being beneficial.
Experience in
software development best practices, performance optimization, and debugging
.
Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Financial Services experience
is highly desirable, particularly within
trading, investment, or front-office environments
.
