Job Summary:
Seeking a creative and skilled Web Application Developer and the ideal candidate will be
responsible for coding and modifying web applications according to client specifications. This
role requires a combination of technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. Must
have experience in Banking (Compliance - FATCA CRS, Control Room, GOAML)
applications.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, creating website layouts and user
interfaces with technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and integrating data from
various services and databases. The role also involves collaborating with designers,
gathering requirements, maintaining documentation, scaling applications, implementing
security measures, and staying current with web technologies. Additional tasks include
troubleshooting, debugging, upgrading software, and developing responsive designs.
Required skills and qualifications:
Required skills include proven web programming experience and proficiency in front-end
technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in a server-side language
(e.g., .NET, JAVA, Python, Node.js) and experience with all DBs (Oracle, MSSQL,
Postgres…) and web application development are also needed. A solid understanding of
how web applications function, including security and best practices, and proficiency with
code versioning tools like GitLab are essential. Candidates should have strong analytical
and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field,
experience with modern front-end frameworks (like React, Angular, or Vue.js), and familiarity
with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with Agile development
methodologies is preferred.
