Candidate Experience
4-7 years in backend development with focus on data-intensive applications
Preferably from: fintech, commodity brokers, market data providers, or data-heavy startups
Track record of scaling systems from small to large
Technical Skills (in business terms)
Can build systems that process millions of data points without breaking
Knows how to ensure data quality and consistency
Experience with modern cloud technologies (cost-efficient scaling)
Understands real-time vs batch processing trade-offs
