About the Role
Our healthcare client in North Brabant is seeking an experienced
Freelance Product Manager
to support ongoing digital and data-driven initiatives during a period of sick-leave cover. You will work at the intersection of product, data, and care delivery - partnering closely with the web development team, data specialists and business stakeholders to ensure digital products and analytics solutions deliver meaningful clinical and operational impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and execution
for data-driven healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and user needs.
Collaborate closely with the web development team
to scope, refine, and deliver product features on time and to specification.
Engage business stakeholders and clinical domain experts
to gather requirements, validate priorities, and translate needs into actionable product plans.
Build and refine analytical models
that support predictive and operational intelligence in care delivery.
Oversee end-to-end data workflows
, including ingestion, transformation, modelling, visualization, and reporting.
Ensure insights translate into clinical and business value
, driving improved decision-making and operational efficiency.
Manage the product backlog
, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and maintain clear communication across teams.
Monitor product performance
through KPIs and user feedback, iterating for continuous improvement.
Required Experience \& Skills
Proven experience as a
Product Manager
in a digital, data, or analytics environment.
Background in
healthcare, health tech, or life sciences
strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of
data workflows
, analytics tools, and predictive modelling concepts.
Experience working with
web development teams
in an Agile environment.
Ability to translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear product requirements.
Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
