The Opportunity
We’re looking for a
Software Engineer
with a strong background in
Python
and
Docker
, and solid experience with
JavaScript
and
Node.js
, to join our growing team.
You’ll work closely with our
CTO
, who believes deeply in
autonomy and trust
— giving you the freedom to make architectural decisions and shape how our systems evolve as we scale internationally.
What You’ll Do:
Design, build, and scale backend services in
Python
and
Dockerized
environments.
Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using
JavaScript/Node.js
.
Collaborate with the CTO and cross-functional teams to define the technical architecture and deployment pipelines.
Implement best practices in code quality, security, and performance — essential in healthcare systems.
What They're Looking For:
Strong professional experience with
Python.
Hands-on experience with
Docker
and containerized deployment.
Solid understanding of
JavaScript
,
Node.js
, and modern development workflows.
Comfort with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
