JOB DUTIES
Join both product and outsourcing projects, taking part in the entire software development process — from design to delivery.
Work closely with client-side teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Research and apply new technologies to improve system performance and stability.
Contribute ideas to enhance product features and overall system architecture.
Participate in the design and development of backend systems using Python (Django/Flask).
Design and build complex RESTful APIs (paging, rate limiting, filtering…).
Design and optimize microservice architectures, ensuring scalability and system stability.
Apply SOLID principles and design patterns (Proxy, Visitor, etc.) in development.
Work with Redis, Kafka, NoSQL/SQL databases; optimize queries and system performance.
Handle deployment, monitoring, caching, and load balancing for APIs on AWS/GCP/Azure.
Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure product quality and stability.
Review code, mentor, and support Junior/Middle Developers within the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 4 - 6 years of experience in software development
Proficient in
Python Django/Flask
, with a deep understanding of framework internals and working with
SQL/NoSQL
databases
Fluent in English communication (able to read documentation and collaborate with global teams).
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: IP, CIDR, NAT, OSI model.
Solid knowledge of concurrency in Java, Garbage Collector, Stream API, Lambda, and Functional Interface.
Familiar with frontend component creation and state management in Vue/React/Angular.
Advanced SQL: subquery, view, transaction, ACID principles, and query optimization.
NoSQL: experience using aggregation, projection, and indexing in MongoDB (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of application security risks (XSS, CSRF, Injection) and authorization models (RBAC, ABAC).
Experience with containerization using Docker.
Ability to read, analyze, and summarize logs from CloudWatch or /var/log.
Experience deploying systems on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) – understanding of EC2, S3, and object storage. System Architecture \& Design Thinking:
Solid understanding of microservice architecture and inter-service communication.
Ability to design scalable APIs with monitoring and load balancing.
Experience using Redis/Kafka in distributed systems.
Capable of creating UML diagrams and flow diagrams to describe system design and business logic.
Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
