We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who can take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure, work close to the system, and help evolve a stable, scalable platform for long-term growth.
This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, technical depth, and real operational impact. It is also a great fit for engineers who are curious, proactive, and enjoy exploring open-source solutions, understanding how they work under the hood, and applying them confidently in production environments.* Build, operate, and scale production Kubernetes clusters across on-premise and public cloud environments.
Design and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible and Helm (Terraform is a plus).
Operate and support the core data platform infrastructure, including K8S, Trino, Kafka Cluster, Clickhouse cluster, S3 Object storage cluster
Work on large-scale data and high-performance infrastructure, including storage and network optimization.
Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD) to ensure safe, repeatable deployments.
Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Backend teams to support data workloads and platform evolution.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and security, aligned with internal controls and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOX404).
Document system architecture, operational procedures, and best practices to support long-term maintainability.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
2+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, similar roles
Strong hands-on experience running Linux and Kubernetes in production environments.
Solid experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible, Helm; Terraform is a plus).
Experience with CI/CD and GitOps-style workflows (GitLab, Argo CD).
Practical experience operating hybrid infrastructure (on-premise + public cloud).
Basic to intermediate coding knowledge in Python or Go, with scripting experience (Bash, Python) for automation and tooling.
Strong curiosity for open-source technologies and the ability to evaluate and apply them in production.
Interest in solving complex problems in large-scale, high-performance systems.
Self-directed, responsible, and able to deliver without micromanagement.
Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
