For the role ofInfrastructure, Networks and SRE Engineer we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The responsibilities include:
Being a Senior Engineer in the Platform team, which is part of the Dynamo program. The main purpose is to operate legacy analytics and business intelligence solutions and their associated data pipelines on the Google Cloud Platform. The role acts as both a DevOps and operational role, with a strong focus on the on-premises part of the solution, ensuring the implementation of a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)-based operating model.
Individual DevOps Contributor with deep expertise in automation. Operational experience with a focus on troubleshooting live issues. Infrastructure \& network management. Automate all monitoring, fault detection, and self-repairing processes for GCP, Data Pipelines, and the CDAP platform. Create image build automation to ensure secure images are constructed.
What you bring
Deep expertise in DevOps Automation.
Highly experienced in on-premise infrastructure management (HPE, Cisco).
Proven track record with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and using Kubernetes at scale.
Well-proven experience with BigData technologies like Spark, Kafka, CDAP, Yarn, and Nifi.
Experience with cloud solutions on GCP.
Expert knowledge of Linux OS (preferably RHEL) and package management (yum).
Experience with shell scripting, Python, Java, and Go.
Expert knowledge of Hadoop stacks (HDP) and Opensource.
Expert knowledge of Kubernetes storage with Rook-ceph or similar.
Experience with Ansible and Terraform.
Experience with web servers like HAproxy and Nginx.
Expertise in CI/CD implementation (Jenkins or GoCD).
Experience with monitoring tools like StackDriver, Splunk, Metabase.
Knowledge of AD structures, Kerberos, SSSD integration, and Samba shares.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
