Volley is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Hub Team, where you'll drive revenue growth through experimentation and data-driven optimization and own the funnel for acquisition, adoption and retention. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product, and analytics - and wants to see their work directly translate to business outcomes.
What You’ll Do at Volley
Lead growth experiments across our conversion funnel - from making client-side changes to enable tests, to analyzing results and implementing winning variants.
Work closely with Growth, Product, Data, and Design teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact experiments that move revenue metrics.
Design and implement ad attribution improvements to help Growth and Design understand which campaigns and creatives perform best.
Lead cross-functional projects that unlock new growth capabilities - whether that's adding to our MarTech stack, improving tracking infrastructure in our platform API, or enabling new features in the Hub or Games.
Evaluate tools, data, and infrastructure changes needed to scale our growth engineering capabilities.
Contribute to key technical decisions, balancing long-term architectural health with the need for rapid iteration.
