What You'll Do
The Data Engineer / DataOps Specialist ensures that data products are reliable, automated, and scalable. You will build ingestion and transformation pipelines, enable monitoring, and ensure platform datasets can be easily consumed by other teams. Your work provides the foundation for data products that fuel insights and actions across the company.
Build and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines for data products
Design and implement Snowflake data models and transformations to support reusable data products
Collaborate with other functions to bring external data into the platform as reusable products
Ensure pipelines are observable, tested, and version-controlled
Implement orchestration and automation using modern data product tools
Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and reliability
Monitor freshness, completeness, and anomalies of data products.
Enable platform data products to be consumed by other teams, applications, and reports
What You'll Bring

You are curious and motivated by understanding how data connects to business impact, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where engineers, analysts, and stakeholders solve problems together — across countries and cultures.
Typically 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or related fields
Strong SQL and data modeling skills with practical experience in Snowflake or equivalent platforms
Experience/familiar with Azure Data Services such as Data Factory, Synapse, or Databricks
Experience with data pipeline frameworks and orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow, etc.)
Familiarity with GitOps workflows, YAML configs, and CI/CD automation.
Knowledge of monitoring, validation, and alerting for data products
Passion for building data products that are robust, scalable, and valuable
Comfortable working in a global, distributed team setup
