The Engineering \& Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
As part of a fast-paced AdTech environment, youâll gain deep exposure to the mechanics of mobile advertising: how campaigns are configured, delivered, and optimized across an ad network. Youâll also contribute to SDK integrations and provide direct support to publishers, ensuring seamless adoption of our technology and maximizing performance across their apps. Role
========
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join Voodooâs Ad Network Engineering team. This is the first role of its kind within the team, giving you the opportunity to shape how we support and scale our Ad Network. You will be part of a dynamic Product \& Engineering organization and report directly to an Engineering Manager.
In this role, your mission will be to ensure the successful adoption and smooth operation of Voodooâs Ad Network products, from intuitive UIs and powerful APIs for advertisers and publishers to SDKs integrated directly into our games.
Youâll quickly become a power user of our platform, with a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between technology and business impact. To achieve this, you will:
Support internal teams and external partners in integrating and using our products.
Troubleshoot issues across the stack (SDKs, APIs, and UIs), ensuring reliability and fast resolution.
Provide clear and practical documentation that helps users succeed independently.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to escalate issues, shape new features, and give feedback based on real-world usage.
Spot patterns in recurring problems and turn them into actionable insights that improve both the product and the organizationâs efficiency.

Profile
===========
You have 3â5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar role, ideally in AdTech, SaaS, or a developer-facing environment.
You are comfortable working across UI, APIs, and SDKs, and can troubleshoot issues spanning front-end, backend, and integrations.
You combine good technical skills (reading logs, querying APIs, debugging SDKs) with excellent communication skills to explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, focusing on impact and business outcomes rather than rigid processes.
You are customer-oriented, with a genuine desire to help internal teams, publishers, and advertisers succeed with the product.
You enjoy being the bridge between engineering and users, able to translate real-world problems into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
You are proactive, resourceful, and curious, eager to learn the inner workings of the AdTech ecosystem and continuously grow your expertise.
