Role: Application Support Engineer (Techno-Functional)
Location: Kalina, Mumbai (Work From Office) - F2F interview
Experience: 4–5 Years
CTC - 7 LPA -9 LPA
Key Responsibilities
● Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for wealth management and broking platforms.
● Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues using MS SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging techniques.
● Apply functional knowledge of wealth and broking operations to understand business workflows and support requirements.
● Handle incident management following ITIL best practices, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business disruption.
● Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
● Maintain and update technical and functional documentation for effective knowledge sharing.
● Collaborate with development teams, business users, and cross-functional support teams for efficient issue resolution.
Experience
● 4–5 years of experience in application support, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or broking domains.
Technical Skills
● Strong expertise in MS SQL and PL/SQL
● Application troubleshooting and debugging
● Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
● Good understanding of database concepts and data modeling
Functional Skills
● Strong understanding of wealth and broking business, products, and processes
● Familiarity with financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
