Role Overview

Join an agile business in the dynamic world of media and technology, where you can make a difference every day. As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will be a business-enabler and trusted partner, driving operational change and supporting our unique company vision.

This role offers the opportunity to navigate a transforming legal landscape, requiring creativity to deliver smart and efficient solutions. You will be instrumental in building the foundations for the Company’s international legal compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate essential commercial contracts, including NDAs, DPAs, Supplier Contracts, and SaaS license agreements.

Review RfP tender documentation in collaboration with sales representatives.

Create executive summaries of key risk areas in customer agreements using Salesforce.

Act as the main point of contact for commercial contracts; update templates, guides, processes, and policy documentation, as well as other legal resources.

Maintain the supplier matrix, ensuring all important components of each supplier agreement are appropriately recorded.

Work with external legal counsel to regularly review compliance practices.

Support internal stakeholders to achieve compliance with our ISO accreditation.

Collaborate with the DPO to review global Data Protection compliance.

Work on additional projects as needed, including carrying out applicable legal research and providing company-wide legislative and regulatory updates

Profile

3+ years of experience delivering a similar role in a SaaS firm or relevant industry.

Previous in-house experience at a fast-paced business or a reputable law firm.

Prior knowledge of the UK legal system, demonstrated through a degree, professional qualification, or other recognized certification.

Experience reviewing G-Cloud Framework Agreements and related Call-Off Contracts.

Critical attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities.

Adaptability to a rapidly changing business environment.

Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to seek efficiencies and improvements.
