Experience required

A minimum of 10 years' relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years as a Product Manager.

Demonstrable experience in coaching and delivering across the full product development lifecycle.

Strong expertise and practical knowledge of agile methodologies.

Exceptional organizational skills, with excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities that foster effective collaboration.

A proven track record of staying abreast of industry trends, emerging practices, and innovative ways of working.

Evidenced ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.

Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, with a flexible and adaptive approach.

Expertise in lean methodologies and design thinking would be advantageous.

Familiarity with the banking sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Product Coach, your responsibilities will include:

Empowering product professionals and teams to avoid the "build trap" by identifying and prioritizing business problems that truly matter.

Guiding teams in the effective discovery of solutions that are feasible, viable, usable, and, above all, valuable; ensuring customers and users are delighted while delivering tangible business value.

Supporting and mentoring Product Leaders in the development of Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmaps.

Enabling product teams to embrace dual-track agility through continuous discovery and delivery practices.

Assisting organizations, teams, and individuals in adopting agile methodologies and practices, whilst fostering agile mindsets and values.

Collaborating with leadership to design, lead, and implement organizational change initiatives.

Introducing diverse perspectives to internal transformation efforts, including the latest trends and innovative ideas, to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
