As a Frontend Web Developer, you will be at the heart of creating the user experience for warmwind. You will work on developing and optimizing the front-end of our platform, ensuring it is fast, intuitive, and visually engaging. Your goal: to build an outstanding, responsive web application that delights users and supports the fast-growing demand for our product. With an emphasis on speed, scalability, and usability, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital face of warmwind. while contributing to the organic growth of our user base.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the features for our platform
Collaborate with the team to ensure responsive and user-friendly web interfaces
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
Your Profile Must-haves
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Multi-year experience in designing the architecture of React Frontends
Advanced knowledge of state management and use of Backend APIs
Mastery of UI/UX design principles and responsive design
Advanced knowledge of animations in web interfaces
Experience in shipping successful Web applications
Ability to analyse and optimize application performance
Ability to collaborate and communicate in a team and use version control systems
Knowledge of secure web design principles
Mentoring and technical leadership
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Initiative and eagerness to learn
Self-organization, and a startup mindset
Willingness to relocate to Jena, Germany, after an initial onboarding period and work on-site
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with Vite, GraphQL, React Relay and/or Web Sockets
Experience in developing highly-interactive and animated web applications
