About the Role
We're hiring software engineers to join our team located at the
Wageningen University campus.
As a Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing software for PLC and visualisation based on provided Functional Design Specifications (FDS) from process engineers.
Troubleshooting malfunctions in existing software.
Translating functional descriptions into PLC and/or HMI applications.
Testing and commissioning of automated machinery and controls.
Providing comprehensive project documentation.
About You
We're searching for individuals who are not just passionate about technology, but are also driven to transform industries. Ideal candidates will have:
A degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, or IT, or equivalent relevant work experience.
School or work experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA (particularly Siemens TIA Portal) is considered a plus.
Proficient communication skills in English.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
