We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to support data-driven decision-making across multiple business teams. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Microsoft data tools and is comfortable working closely with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Main Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support reporting, performance tracking and business insights
Develop and optimize data models using Microsoft Fabric
Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Power Automate
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate needs into actionable analytical solutions and ensure data accuracy
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities for business improvement
Ensure data quality, governance and best-practice documentation
Present insights and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders and leadership teams
Qualifications \& Experience
3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report building, performance optimization). • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation.
Comfortable working with SQL and large datasets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have:
Experience in retail, luxury or FMCG environments
Knowledge of Azure data tools
