Full Stack Software Engineer - Hybrid (1-2 days onsite)

We’re looking for curious, collaborative software engineers who want to work on meaningful, large-scale technology projects - and grow as part of a team that values creativity, inclusion, and learning.

You’ll join a high-performing SaaS team building a brand-new platform as they expand into new markets. You’ll help design and deliver robust, scalable solutions that power smarter decision-making and create real-world impact.

This role offers flexibility, trust, and autonomy, with space to explore new ideas and influence the direction of growing products built with modern tools and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain applications across the full stack using modern frameworks and cloud platforms (you don’t need to know them all - we’ll support you to learn).

Work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to create intuitive, user-focused solutions.

Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions, helping shape how new systems are built.

Help drive continuous improvement - from performance and reliability to developer experience.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with a focus on quality and collaboration.

About You

You’re experienced in software development (front-end, back-end, or full stack) and keen to expand your skills.

You love solving problems and collaborating with others to bring ideas to life.

You’re open to learning new languages and frameworks - whether that’s .NET, React, or something else.
