About You

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role
As the product lead to manage and drive the deposit portfolio, payment and card businesses, mainly focus on Payment
Formulate product strategies and action plans to achieve the business targets
Implement new product features and innovations to enhance customer experience and profitability
High awareness on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities for timely actions to manage business performance.
Coordinate with stakeholder teams to streamline and improve the system, process and workflow that related to deposit, payment and card
Ensure full compliance and execution of governance policies and processes to meet both internal and regulatory requirements
What Is Required And What We’re Looking For
Degree holder with major in Finance, Business, Marketing or related discipline
6+ years of experience in product management in banking or financial industry (preferably in payment and card)
Candidate with experience in deposit or FX will also be considered
Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth
Good understanding of the risk and compliance framework for Payment or Card
Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
