Position: Software Developer (web development)

Location: St. Paul, MN (HYBRID- 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:

As a Software Developer at West Shore Home, you will identify and execute high impact improvements that unlock new product opportunities and ensure the reliability, predictability, maintainability, and scalability of West Shore Home's digital product portfolio. You will report directly to our Software Development Manager and work closely with departments across the company to deliver customer-facing digital products.

Key Role Accountabilities:

Design, implement, refactor, and improve our applications by bringing features to life within web development projects.

Collaborate with a tight-knit, cross-functional team using Scrum/KANBAN methodology.

Interact with stakeholders and end users throughout the company.

Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Invest and participate in team processes, such as code reviews, documentation, and automation.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years’ experience as a software developer/web developer.

Proven knowledge of React, Vue, Svelte, Angular as well as Javascript, CSS, and HTML.

Ability to work with .NET, MAUI, iOS, Azure, GitHub, and related technologies.

Stellar communication skills coupled with a team player mentality. Inclusive and generous working style. Driven to “find a way” when new and unusual challenges arise.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation:

The approximate salary range for this position is $90,000 and $105,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
