Trading Systems Support Engineer

As part of a high-performance trading team, you’ll be solving large-scale computing problems and deploying robust trading infrastructure. You’ll work with world-class developers, researchers, and traders to deliver low-latency, fault-tolerant solutions. Support and enhance cutting-edge trading systems in a fast-paced environment. Troubleshoot, optimize, and collaborate on infrastructure projects while driving impactful solutions across real-time distributed applications and financial markets.

What You’ll Do:

Provide first-line support for trading systems in real-time environments

Diagnose and resolve root-cause issues across infrastructure and applications

Plan and execute large-scale application migrations and upgrades

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Enhancing system stability, performance, and scalability

Collaborating in live troubleshooting and brainstorming sessions with colleagues

Writing SQL queries and developing scripts in Python or Bash

Applying networking knowledge to optimize system operations

About You:

Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems and command line

Familiar with TCP/IP, UDP, and network troubleshooting

Skilled in Python scripting and SQL queries

Curious, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

3+ years in trading system support preferred
