Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager focused on Go-to-Market and Experience, where youâll lead strategic delivery initiatives and shape exceptional outcomes for bankers, brokers, and customers.
Whatâs the role?
In this role, youâll own the end-to-end delivery of projects and campaigns â from planning through to execution.
Youâll engage a wide range of stakeholders to achieve objectives, build and deliver strategic roadmaps, and manage backlogs to ensure priorities align with business goals.
Your work will include product proposition development, campaign support, representing the voice of the customer to eliminate friction points, and ensuring risk and compliance standards are met across product changes and collateral.
Youâll also monitor performance against product OKRs and provide insightful reporting, driving continuous improvement.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney, offering the opportunity to work across high-impact projects with autonomy and influence.
What do I need?
Weâre looking for someone who brings:
Experience leading end-to-end delivery projects and campaigns, including backlog management.
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making across Marketing, Digital, Compliance, Risk, and Transformation.
Strategic thinking with experience creating and delivering roadmaps and business cases.
Skill in shaping product propositions that resonate with priority segments and driving seamless execution through collaboration.
Ability to monitor and report on Go-to-Market performance, including share of voice, application volumes, conversion, NPS, and complaints.
Understanding of risk and compliance requirements in product delivery.
A customer-first mindset, curiosity, and passion for improving experiences and outcomes.
